PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and verified.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIME

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

If we offer free shipping promotions, they will apply automatically if your order meets the eligibility requirements listed on our website.

 

 

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Orders are shipped via our trusted carriers, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your delivery address and package weight.

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

 

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international addresses at this time.

 

 

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Puberty Peace is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or any other factors outside our control.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.

  2. Contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

  3. If the issue remains unresolved, please email us at contact@pubertypeace.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

 

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.
 We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 

 

PREORDERS OR BACKORDERS

If a product is temporarily out of stock, it may be listed as a preorder or backorder. Estimated shipping dates will be displayed on the product page or in your order confirmation email.

Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are available unless otherwise noted.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories outside the mainland.
